The message will be a few comments about the current state of the death penalty — including the bad news, the good news, and the bad news about the good news.  Bio: Wallace R. Hoggatt has been Judge of the Superior Court for 21 years.  Before taking the bench he spent close to 17 years in the practice of law in Arizona. He grew up in Los Angeles, California, and as a child the only church he attended more than once was the First Unitarian Church of Los Angeles.  He has been a member of this congregation since 2008.
