pflag“PFLAG” is Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays.  PFLAG is a national support, education and advocacy organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people, their families, friends and allies. PFLAG provides support locally and nationally by providing PFLAG chapter helplines, support group meetings and resources, and educating local communities through a variety of projects. PFLAG also advocates for equal rights for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people on local, state, and national levels. Supported by the Sky Island Unitarian Universalist Church (SIUUC), the Sierra Vista / Southern Arizona chapter of PFLAG meets monthly at the SIUUC Community Room, 4533 N.
